Booking Fee: A 3% booking fee will apply to both online and invoiced payments.

Text Message Notification: If you do not receive a confirmation text with driver details by 6 pm the day before your booking, please contact us.

Safe Bus Evacuation Procedure: Your safety is our priority. In the event of an evacuation, we follow these steps:

  1. Calm and Organized Evacuation: We will evacuate the vehicle calmly and swiftly as soon as it stops and conditions allow.
  2. Exit Routes: If safe, passengers will exit through the designated bus/coach doors. If not feasible, emergency exits will be used.
  3. Assembly: Passengers will gather at a safe distance as directed by the situation.
  4. Accountability: The responsible adult or teacher will ensure all passengers are accounted for and manage their needs.
  5. Driver’s Role: The driver will exit last, ensuring all passengers are safely assembled and will assist as needed.
  6. Incident Reporting: Any evacuation will be reported to our management immediately via phone, followed by a detailed written report including all relevant details and contact information.
  7. Damage Charges: If there are any damages, they will be invoiced and payment will be due within 1-3 days, with photos provided.

Cancellation Terms for Bus Charter, Sport Transfers, or Coach Hire: We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and transparent. Please contact us for detailed information.

Cancellation Notice and Refund Policy

Cancellation with 48 Hours’ Notice:
If you need to cancel your charter or part of it, please provide written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. You will receive a full refund or a Credit Invoice for future use within one year.

Cancellation within 24 Hours:
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If you contact us before 8 pm the day before the trip, you may qualify for a 100% credit toward future bookings.

Cancellation within 12 Hours:
Cancellations made within 12 hours of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation within 6 Hours:
Cancellations within 6 hours of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Timely Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
